Who I Am

What I Collect

When you inquire or book

If you email me or use the booking page, I receive what you choose to send. For a booking that typically includes:

• Your name and email address
• The property or location you want photographed
• The package and options you selected, and the dates you are working towards
• Any notes you add about the shoot

I use this to price the job, schedule it, photograph it, and deliver the results. That is the whole purpose.

When you visit

Like almost every website, this one records basic technical information as pages load — your IP address, browser type, and which pages were requested. This is standard server and security logging. It is not used to build a profile of you.

Cookies

WordPress sets a small number of functional cookies, mainly if you leave a comment or log in. This site does not run advertising cookies, and it does not sell or share data with ad networks.

Security

This site runs Wordfence, a security plugin that monitors traffic for malicious activity. To do that it logs visitor IP addresses and request patterns, and may block addresses behaving abusively. This is protective, not commercial.

Your Photos and Galleries

Finished client galleries are delivered by private link, sent to the email address you gave me. Those links are not published or indexed anywhere on this site. I keep client files so I can re-send them if you lose the link — if you would rather I delete yours, just ask.

Images shown in the public portfolio are my own work. Where a photograph was made for a client, it appears here only where I am free to show it.

Who Else Sees Your Information

I do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. It is shared only with the services that make the site and my email function — my web host, and my email provider — and only to the extent they need in order to deliver those services.

I may disclose information if the law requires it. That is the only exception.

How Long I Keep It

Inquiries and booking correspondence are kept while they are useful for the job and my records. Client photographs are kept so they can be re-delivered later. If you want your inquiry or your files removed, email me and I will do it.

Your Choices

• Ask me what information I hold about you
• Ask me to correct anything that is wrong
• Ask me to delete your inquiry, your correspondence, or your delivered files
• Ask me to stop contacting you at any time

One email is enough for any of these. I do not require a form.

Children

This site is not directed at children, and I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, the revised version will appear on this page with a new date at the top. Material changes to how I handle your information will be reflected here before they take effect.
